It's been quite a while, huh? It's been over a year since the original premiere, in fact!
Since that original Italian premiere of the show, we've seen a couple more dubs of the thirteen episodes in Ukranian and Mandarin, and now the number is about to rise even more: Filly Funtasia is now slated to air in a number of Eastern European countries, including Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia, Romania and Moldova! The information comes from several news articles around the web. Imira Entertainment, the people who uploaded the English trailer not too long ago and are responsible for distribution of Filly Funtasia, are actually distributing Filly Funtasia! This time, the show has been given to AMC TV, who will in turn give it to their Minimax channel, which in turn will broadcast the Fillys in the aforementioned dozen countries.
An interesting detail is how the news articles call it the "first" season of Filly Funtasia, and that this "first" season is stated to be "26 x 22'", once again implying that the second half of the season, the continuation of the already aired thirteen episodes, is still scheduled to come.
Big thanks to BovineBonita for spotting this news!
